Default MAF Sensor size?

thinking about gettin a MAF sensor seeing as how it only makes sense to prep the car up for things like throttle body, headers and exhaust. was wondering which size to get as ive noticed they have a couple sizes, i only have an intake and chip so i cant be making more then 260-280 hp. thanks

76mm will work great for any future mods you have planned

Yea i dont have major plans for the car, just a hell of a lot of bolt-ons. i respect the motor to much to do anything, but porting heads is starting to sound better since i get to keep the stock part. how much does port and polish run on a set of 5.0 heads any way? i think i have gt-40s or something.

yes you have gt-40 heads the only thing i can tell you is to call you local machin shops and see how much it is to port and put bigger valves in

I would go with a PRO-M 75mm unit.. I just installed that and an in the box K&N and i noticed a big difference... I have also heard that doing a K&N in the box is better then doing a cold air... Just a little tip that will save you some money....

my car runs better with the stock box then a CAI. i dont know why so im going to leave the stock box on and just cut the hole to the size of the box inlet since ford didnt make it big enough
