Default door pin and bushings help!

ok i need to rplace the drivers side lower door pin and bushings... i need to replace them BAD but i cant seem to get the old one out....any tips or help cause i cant figure it out thanks for any help

Bolt cutters or a cut off wheel will work. Its easier to do them with the fender off but it is not neccessary. Once you get it off You have to slide the door over a little bit to get the bushings out of the hinges. Then put new bushing in and the pin and then insert the cotter pin.

I used a cutoff wheel when I did mine. Cut the pin in half and it popped out.
If you don't have access to a cutoff tool, you can use a drill and split the pin, or cut it with a hacksaw blade.

Put a couple layers of masking tape on your door and fender edges so you don't tear the paint up.

I used a die grinder and ground off the rivet like top on them and then removed the inner plastic fender apron so I could gain acess to the hinges easier!! trust me it makes the whole deal alot quicker and easier to un bolt the hinge portion then install the bushing then bolt hinge back up and slide new pin through
