Default jet chip or hypertech

i have a 1995 mustang i was choosing ether a jet chip performance module or a hypertech performance module andbody have any advice on the better one of the 2 choices for best overall performance??

Don't waste your money. You can do what that chip will do for free...adjust your timing.

neither!!! the sn-95 ecm are very sensitive and when you start doing things such as cam swap in them a custom dyno tune is your friend!!! meaning the tune is taylored to your specific mods not some generic pre designed tune that doesn't account for performance upgrades.....read this and all of it and you'll understand the issue with the sn-95 ecm and why a custom dyno tune is the best option after performance upgrades

ive seen people install a jet chip on the dyno with NO gains at all! in my personal experience hypertech sucks because it only works under WOT, and even then its still "soft". then i went to a piggyback superchips. that thing was AMAZING! huge power increase under any load at all rpms. it really woke the car up.

none of this was on my 5.0 however. it was all on my old 4.6 mod mustang

if you got a 5.0 just bump the timing for the same effect
