Does any one know what the torque specs for the heads and conecting rods on a 93 5.0 are

connecting rods are 22 to 24 ft lbs and the head bolts are torque to yield meaning you shouldn't be reusing them...you need a new set.....torque to yield means they get torqued initially to a base seting and from there an additional 90 degrees usually but it'll depend..it'll say in the manual

For the connecting rod nuts, 19-24 ft. lbs.

For the cylinder head bolts:

1. 25-35 ft. lbs (30)
2. 45-55 ft. lbs (50)
3. Turn 90 degrees for final torque.
