atleast everyones open minded

i guess stud mount rockers, stud girdles, guideplates, 7deg. locks, main girdles, 4 bolt mains(yea not on a 5.0 i know), solid motor mounts, torque arms, etc are all a waste of time too huh?

I dont think its a bad way to spend 150-200 bucks. I can spend alot more on other crap. Panhandle Performance in Panama City FL are the ones that tuned my car and they happen to be one of the top mustang tuners in the country and they told me that my motor being that it has a main girdle that it will most likey split from the top. I am a little uneasy about the diameter of the bolts that hold it in but at the same time its better than nothing at all. And your intake cant even compare as a valley girdle because its alluminum and not case hardened billet steel blah blah. And at the same time the bolts or studs arent dead on for the intake, there is still a little play until you completely torque it down so there is no way that it wouldhold the top end of the motor together.
