where do i put the probe for the water temp gauge?

probably between the radiator fins.

the sending unit should be electronic, and threads into the lower intake manifold.

need some more info here!!! are you installing an aftermarket one or replacing the factory stock one?? if that's the case for either choice...the front of the lower intake on the driverside is the sending unit..it's a single wire with a 90 degree elbow on it

What if you want to keep the stock gauge and run an aftermarket oneaswell then where do you put it?

why do you wanna do that!! as it is the fac gauge sucks and isn't the most accurate.....but if you want redundancy then you fabricate an adapter
