personally I like the multimeter methood set to amps it'll give you an exact idea and let you know how much of a draw there is.....if it kills a fully charged battery overnight I'd look for a large draw

I got an idea, since this is getting crazy to chase down anyhow...
Charge the new battery up.
Disconnect it from the car and the charger entirely.
Wait over night, and see if its dead in the morning. Its possible that you had 2 bad batteries...

Check this out.....woke up this morning with Fuse #8 out, and it was still DEAD!!
WHen I disarmed the alarm, the alarm box (Its a Ford Factory Alarm) was clicking and vibrating. I unplugged it and it stopped....
I am going to pull that thing out and see if that has been the problem the whole time.............
