Relay

behind my fuse pannel i found an unplugged relay looking thing
its black and i have no idea waht it goes to
the idiot i bought it from has done so much crappy wiring i dont even know what half of this crap is.

That description really doesn't narrow anything down. Is something not working in the car or a pic or better location might help.
