i have a 88 mustang gt and i have the stock fog lights. all of a sudden everytime i turn them on the headlights and fog light flicker on and off after about 10 min. once i turn the fog lights off the headlights are fine

Do some trouble shooting. Sounds like a wiring problem or bad ground.

check the wiring that goes from the switch into the fuse box...there was a common problem with the wiring not being able to handle the amperage load of the fog lights and lights at once cause the fog lights tap a circuit off the headlights.. to look for any charred connections or starting to melt ones
