Default electricity problems HELP!!

i have a 1988 mustang gt 5.0
it has some exhaust and under drive pulleys
the car runs great but for some reason the amps run really low and will sometimes stall the car out at idle
i took the alternator off and had it tested it was fine
the battery was also tested and it was fine
i have no idea what is making it drop so low

most likely.

but if you really want to be sure, just put your stock pulleys back on and find out.
it doesn't take that long to swap them out.
