That could be your stat being stuck open. What exactly are you getting done to the engine, what do's the overhaul entail. We might be able to save you some cash if it 's easy stuff.

oil, compression, all new filters, system flush, tune up and dyno.

All but the dyno can be easily done by an experienced car guy. Why the dyno? Are you just curious what numbers you are putting down? With stock heads i would not expect much.

just curious to see what it's putting down. It was dynoed two years ago (last owner)at 320 hp but I want it done anyway
