Default lifters front and back

which way do the lifters face on a 5.0 does the pin hole on the side of the liftersface the heads are the valley

doesn't matter, they'll rotate around in the block.

not rollers but it doesnt matter which way they go

It doesn't matter. Pressure from the gallery still goes through all the bores and into the lifters, regardless of how they're in there.
