Default IAT Sensor location??

Recently purchased performance chip online and am supposed to connect it to my IAT sensor, wherever that is. Kinda have an idea but want to be sure. I have a 90 5.0 GT. Thanks

Lower intake manifold. Threaded into the runner for cylinder number 5 IIRC.

lmfao. wow, and u believe it? its just a resistor....do you know what an IAT is or what it does? Intake Air temp, it's gonna tell your computer you're in sub zero temps all the time, so it's gonna richen up the mixture, your car will run rich, your gas mileage will die, you might get a couple HP in the topend(3-10 if your really lucky) but it will bog in the lowend. And it will wash the oil off your cylinder walls causing premature engine failure. But yeah, the company says it'll give you 40 HP, and you paid a whole 8 dollars for it.....must be legit....

Damn...40HP for $8. I didn't know there were performance upgrades out there that had a better hp/dollar ratio than forced induction. If I were you I wouldn't put that on my car. Anything that is just a wire or is just fooliong your car into thinking something is not a good idea. But hey, do what you want. After all it's your loss when something breaks.

np, some easy ways to get some more oomph are, intake(anything to do with better flow) exhaust, and some gears. you can prolly pickup up 50 hp with FULL intake and exhaust, and the gears will help pickup alot
