no it won't
but you cannot correct your speedo all the way...in fact you'll be 20% off at best (about)
the purple 21t is the best you can do, thats for 3.27 gears, the 23t white will chew up really fast in a aod car , and is good for 3.55's
aod's have the drive gear machined on the output shaft, all you can swap is the driven gear

you are going to rack up a rediculous amount of miles on the car. I dont have the right gears in my rear end for the speedo gears in my tranny... so I just left out the driven gear on the end of the sensor. Atleast I dont have to worry about messing up my mileage!
