computer?

I think there just isn't enough juice to crank the flywheel...I'm gonna remove that battery ...cuz it's obviously shot..

15 minutes of charging gave me about 30 seconds to roll up the windows lol

If your fuel injected you have an ECU.

I understand that...it is fuel injected...but up until today it's been the battery...pop starting it almost works...I don't see how this relates to the computer

Get a new battery in the car and let it learn to idle, and even if it is something else a new battery will be needed either way in order to diagnose what the real problem may be. If the ecu do not have enough voltage from the battery it may not allow the car to run properly is why I said the ecu could related to the completely dead battery, I had a different car that did the same thing and until I had a good known battery installed it would not stay running.
