air cleaner

when i disconnect the hose from the back of my air cleaner the engine stalls, could this mean i have a leak somehwere? i have an 85 gt

which hose are you disconnecting?? if it has vaccum on it ..you could be creating a leak and a huge vac leak will stall it out
