Default Need some help with changing lifters

I was wondering the easiest way to replace a bad lifter? It's making a hell of a lot of noise at start up. Please help!

my question is are you sure its your lifters? but anyway there is only one way to replace them. pull your upper and lower intake off and your valve covers. loosen your rockers and pull the push rods out make sure you put the push rods back in the same places dont mix them up. then with a pick you can pull you lifters right out

If it is a roller lifter it'll be tight but I just test fit a stock head on a block I have on a stand and you can pull them out with a pick after doing what hackgt350 said ..it's tight but they should come out if that's your problem

if you have a problem pulling them out have someone turn the crank while you try pulling them out when they start moving up they will come right out

Are you sure the noise is not oil related?
