What mods do you have that require you replacing your stock ignition?

here's what i have--- MSD digital 6al, MSD 8mm wires, and motorcraft distributor....
A good set of wires is nice and helpful, but it doesn't have to be MSD (Taylor is another nice set + cheaper) As for the distributor, yeah it may be alright to change it all it will do is spark differently not a durrastic change in performance (which is why i left mine)... as for the MSD box itself there are numerous types of boxes. I haven't looked into them in about 2yrs. I know with mine you can set rev limits, retard timing, it gives/supllies a faster throttle response... So the MSD is a good choice, but other small bolt mods should come before it (unless you need a new ignition)
And wiring with the MSD is pretty simple. A connector plugs into your factory ignition, and you have to ground it...Some other things are in the middle of installation but i cant remember its been 2-3 yrs since i installed mine...
