AOD fluid change

AOD fluid change
So i just got under my car to start taking the pan bolts off the trannsmission but i realized that the 2 foward bolts are almost underneath the crossmember, is there any trick to getting these off? and if i can't get them off what should i do, could i consider reusing the gasket so i don't have to take the pan off?

Are you talking about the trans support cross member? If so could you use a jack or stand to support the trans and remove the cross member to get to the bolts? Anyway you could get a picture?
