OK well the ignition lock cylinder does not have anything to do w/ your t/s. It is completely mechanical. The electrical portion of the ignition switch is down on the lower column above the kick panel

well crap..............i gotta replace it anyways cause the old one broke and i guess i'll still have some more things to figure out then

an allen wrench will do in a pinch, it works, find the right size.
