Default Changing Steering Rack

Hello all,

Just a question for you. I have to change my steering rack in my 91 GTand was wondering what price I should expect.

I would have to do an alignment after right?

I am close:
$150 change rack
$100 alignment
$30 fuild
====
$280

if you're gonna get a new rack dont get stock replacement, i got a agr rack and pump when i changed mine out, yes they are pricey but they are worth the extra cost, my fox had never felt so smooth lol. and +1 on the alignment costing 100 bucks.... thats a pretty heafty price... i paid 45 for mine

$100 is alot, but around here $100 gets you a ful camber/caster, toe, cross caster, and 4 wheel balancing

and if you are paying $215 for a rack, you are getting ****ed

dont pay anyone to install it either.... its NOT a hard job!

just did the rack on my 92 2 weeks ago 79.99 for a reman and alignment was free cause I did it myself...but a full on alignment normaly runs 89.95 around here.. set the toe and let it go is 50 dollarprice = you get what you pay for
