Default 4 bolt lug pattern???

What is the stock 4 lug bolt pattern on an 88 mustang gt 5.0 hatch.

4 x 4.5" ??
4 x 4.25" ??

I tried to measure it and i thought it was supposed to be 4.5" and i came up with closer to 4.25"

How are lug patterns measured in the 100's when some people doit, millimeters?

I measured diagnally from center of lug to center of lug across from each other

Im lost

Thanks for any and all help...

4.25

4.25*25.4 = 108 millimeters
