Strange noise in rear?

Strange noise in rear?
This relates to my bearing thread but here goes.
When it is wet out or I go through a puddle I get a knocking sound coming from the back passenger side tire. I thought wheel bearings, replaced those and it still does it. I know the quick fix would be not to drive it when its wet out But I would like to fix whatever it is that is wrong with it. Any ideas?

RE: Strange noise in rear?
Drums in the rear. I checked and double checked and those are put together properly. No I haven't rotated the tires but I will try that tommorow.
Yes the only time it does it is if its raining or I go through a puddle, but its not constant, it is only when I push the brake pedal.

That's strange only does it when it wet out. If it did it all the time i would say the drum is out of round (meaning all the time when you hit the brakes) Try swapping the drum from one side tothe other see what happens...
