Rebuild help?

I need some help rebuilding my engine, the problem is that i dont have much money or time to do it.
The 302 runs and is worn out.
But its not going to be used for racing.

It would probably be easier to just go to the junk yard and buy a low milage motor and just swap it out. Try and find someone in your area to help you out. Where are you from?
