Default Rear Main Seal ??

Hey all,

I'm just about ready to rebuild the AOD in my 86GT and I'm looking at flexplates. I know I need a 164 tooth externally balanced plate with 50 oz imbalance, but some are advertised as 2 piece rear main seal and some say 1 piece. I'm pretty sure I need the 1 piece, but I thougth I'd ask you all Would the 5.0 in 86 have the 1 or the 2. Any help would be appreciated.

If I remember correctly, Either Felpro or Detroit Gaskets makes a 1 piece alternate seal for the rear main on those cars.

Edit: I take it back, it's Napa seals
