the cam you have should work fine, but you really need better flowing heads and intake to get the most out of it.

well when i file my taxes for this year im plannin on gettin some aluminum heads.but im broke now,cuz my motor needs to be rebuilt.

I would steer away from that camshaft!


Rebuild the shortblock and get better heads when you have the money.

Suggest to confirm those "computer checked" cam specs.... they simply don't add up. An E-303 will be in the 274-276 duration @.006" tappet lift and 218-222 duration @.050" tappet lift. Did he provide other specs as well....... lobes centerlines, separation angle, etc?

I would keep the stock cam and wait to match a good set of cylinders heads with the correct cam when $$$ allows though.

well how much will i gain from using the intake and stuff i have over the stock intake and wut about advancing the cam or anything would i benefit from that.
