Default oil pressure sending unit

I'm about to replace my oil pressure sending unit in hope its the fix for my low oil pressure. anyway I cant find anything in my hanes manual in reference to that. my question is do I have to drain the oil before I change it out?

no u do not have to drain the oil to change it.

and so how low is your oil pressure?..........

still using/trusting the stock guage when i switched to my autometer guage as my stock one would stick and bounce around i found out that my stock guage was wrong and reading a little lower than it really was....buy a autometer oil pressure guage and a pillar or something and then see what it reads and will give u better piece of mind...

no drain required but I'd run a mech test first to confirm pressure hot and cold
