ok so my tranny is making like a hissing noise and sometimes get a vibrating pedal so i think its my throw out bearing going bad but what i wanted to know is that it also has a hard time going into first and second gear especially it grinds bad i have to let the rpm drop in order so i can shift smoothly would this be also because of clutch going bad or this is already the synchros

I would try to adjust the cable first.

Yeah you need to adjust your clutch. So if you havent upgraded your quadrant and clutch cable its a good time to do it.
