i have a 1988 lx hatchback and i was looking at a relay on the pass side fender and i noticed its all burnt up and i just wondering what it is. and i know its not the fuel pump for sure mine is located under the seat.

I posted a thread about this relay 4 days ago, it is thw WOT ac relay. Turns off the A/C at WOT.

i do not have ac can i just cut and remove this relay?

Did the car ever come with ac? post a pic or see if you can find any part numbers on it.

so can i remove the ac relay seeing that i do not have ac or does that do something else also?
