Default do i need a custom chip?

Next week my Gt40 heads, cobra intake and E303 cam are going into my 95 GT. Its an automatic. I was wondering if i should get a chip burned, or will my stock computer handle everything ok? Btw, besides those mods, i have 3.73s and a shift kit and 3 chamber flowmasters, shorty headers. What kind of power do you think i will make? I was thinking mabye around 300hp? Also, With my 315 tires on, i spin very little. What would be a reasonable estimation for my 1/4 mile time. I was thinking low 13s? thanks guys.
