will a wiring harness (injectors and engine sensors) and computer from a 1987 mustang 5.0 auto vert work in a 1988 mustang 5.0 manual hatch?

im pretty sure the computers between a 5 speed and an auto are different.

i really dont know if the harness will work or not though.
