Snip the metal tubes and hit them with a file to get the burs down and hook up a ruber coolant hose to go to where the originate from.

I just used a plug for where the metal coolant line went, and relocated my coolant sensor to the rear drivers side of the intake, the threads there are the same as the coolant temp sensor, all I had to do was to re-route the wires for the plug back through the harness like 1 foot.
