Default plug wire question

was wondering whats a good set of plug wires to go with..i just replaced my wires with ford racing wires back in april and when i came home the other night i seen arking on cylinders 5,6,7 and it looked like it was coming out of the plug hole...any opinons are appreciated..

check the plugs first before replacing wires... I've never had a set of ford racing ones go that quick...the porcelien may be cracked on the plugs

ok they are autolite 3924's ( for my aluminum edelbrocks) by the way i ahve them gapped at .045 is that ok? thanks

also underhod of my car gets frigin soooo hot from them damn headers of mine does the heat screw up the wires? if so what cud i buy to fix it?

if youre not too picky about looks, you can wrap them in a special heat tape.

yeaim going to wrap them in the winter the heat is out of control thank god i run a 4 core radiator...goin with an electric fan soon
