Hey I have a 1989 GT with the T5 5speed and i was wondering what fluid I should add to it??
I heard they take ATF?? also i feel stupid asking this but where do I add it I don't see anywhere under the hood to add or check it??

i heard mobil 1 atf is the best way to go.....since the t-5 doesnt have brass rings the syncromesh or royal purple is no good for it

get a 3/8 drive ratchet jack up the passenger side of the car and look on the trans.
u'll see 2 plugs that the ratchet will fit in loosen up the top one
