how much hp should i expect if i add gt40 upper and lower intake. my engine is pretty much worked (supercharger, nitrous). also are they good anything i should know about it? is it worth it?

You can get better manifolds for your engine for the price of a gt40. It also depends which GT40 manifold your talking about. The explorer GT40 is relatively cheap, and isnt bad for its price, but the tubular gt40 is expensive. What heads/cam you running?

right now everything is aftermarket except for my upper and lower intake heads and cam. the one for sale looks like this http://fordfuelinjection.com/images/performance02.jpg

Yeah those are generally expensive for what you get, plus just putting an intake manifold on a otherwise stock engine wont produce great results. You want to build a heads, cam and intake combo that works together.

I paid $250 for my Tubular GT-40, I thought that was a decent price, NOT EXPENSIVE!!!

You got yourself a good deal then. I normally dont see those go for any less than $400.
