i recently bought a brand new Boss 302 engine with all the goodies from FRPP. im putting this into 1991 notch 4 cylinder. i live in sacramento california. do to emissions being a pain. can i do everything by the book and Pass smog? im asking because my engine was shot and decieded why not upgrade. has anyone had issues??

cam and compression ratio will determine if you pass ..as long as parts are c.a.r.b approved , then you should pass
