Default Rear end gurus, inside

It's time to build up my rear end. It has to hold about 420 whp for now, hopefully up to 600-700ish in a year or two. I'll be running drag radials at the least, and will probably have slicks at one point or another. I've made up a list of parts I was going to use, I'd just like opinions. What should I add, what should I change/use a different brand, and what should I eliminate altogether. It's an 8.8 with 3.27 gears, which I'm planning on keeping.

Looks like a great package, but not for $1,099.95. If I spend an extra $76.55 ($1,176.50 for the stuff I listed) I get the Electric locking limited slip diff I want and don't have to deal with a mechanical locker. The reason I'm going with the selectable ECTED unit is because this is a largely street driven car. Btw this is for a 4 lug fox, and I'm not doing the 5 lug swap at this time. I don't want to buy wheels and tires.

keep in mind that Summit will swap parts out on the kits.

try thinking outside the box

Chill, I that's not what I said. I know summit will swap parts, I was just throwing that in there because I hadn't mentioned it in the first post. Thanks for the help.

if you are gone to make 600+ hp down the road just spool it it is worth its wait in gold with high HP cars.

Was that a locker or an LSD? The one I'm looking at is a LSD when not activated, when activated it's a locker. One of the members here wrote a review after he put one in his new edge GT, that's what got me thinking about em.

Question about spools, I've heard that they can lock up in a corner and send the car skidding. If that's true, I definitely don't want one because I'll be road tracking this car.

I'll be welding the tubes. I was going to do c clip eliminators

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

but they say it's not recommended for road racing applications or disc brakes. Any types of eliminators that are safe for hard cornering?

Thanks guys.
