and if you have to go through ordering one, for a quick check. take the cap off and make sure the coolant is to the top....then go get a thermometer and stick it in. shove it through a peice of cardboard so it doesnt fall in....then let the car warm up. n watch that the t-stat opens...then watch the thermometer and see what it goes up to......then when you get the gauge in the cap. go take it for a ride and wait to the stocker get up to 240 or whatever it was goin up to....pull over..let it run and check it..now you know what its heating up to.. EASY ENOUGH. DONE.

 

oh is the car SD or maf ?...what are all the mods done to it?

its Mass air Flow It only has trick flow manifold upper and lower headers Exhaust dump offs intake Shift kit.msd ignition.

 

im not to sure on the roller cam's so someone else is going to have to go about that for ya, as far as the cooling, whats goin on?

 

its doing the same thing i called rancho auto parts and asked them if it could be my temp sending unit they said they would have to look at it. and that part is only 10$ so yea if its not that then i dont know maybe my gauge is broken.

 

like i said before, just get that cap. if you odnt wanna, do the trick i said with the thermometer if you dont mind spillin some coolant.
