nevermind summit and jegs have it for $71 i guess it will mate the power steering lower shaft to the input for the manual rack

You're probably right. I think I'm just spoiled, cause I started driving in the 90's. I say it's technology, and if it makes things easier and enhances the fun factor, let's go with it! I think if I decided to buy a classic car, I would retrofit it for a modern manual transmission and power steering. Yeah, I'm spoiled.

And besides, he said it's a drag-only car. I give the thumbs-up on his rack (LOL), and withdraw my comment! LOL!

Trust me, I run power steering now. I have the Flaming River power steering rack in my 'stang. I love it. If I still had my 65 GTO convertible, I would have converted it to a modern car ALL THE WAY. LS7, 6 speed, IRS the whole shootin' match!

Do it up Back To The Future style! Feed it banana peels and fly it to work! LOL

Man, I'd love to gut a DeLorean and totally modernize the insides. Imagine the coolness factor of a smooth, streetable 10 second DeLorean.
