Default Spedo Cable

Hye, my spedo cable needs to be lubed i belive becasue it is making all sorts of noises, i was wondering if this could be done or if i needed to go out and buy a new spedo cable. if this can be done what products do you recomend to do this job. any tips would be appreciated also, thanks

honestly I'd just buy a new one cause after spending all that time to remove it and hope a lube fixes it, is just not worth it IMO......And cables aren't that expensive I believe??
