Default fuel pump relay

the fuel pump relay on a 89 lx is under the seat correct,
just unbolt the seat ?

No, you should be able to unplug it without removing the seat. It's a bit tough because the connector is pretty firm, but it's really no problem.

*I can't remember for sure, but the connector type might be the kind that you have to push the tabs inward (squeeze) and push the connector out to separate.*

its so much easier to just pull the seat, its just 4 bolts
