Hard to Start and Buring Way too Rich

doesn't seem hard to start now really I did have problems in the morning but not in the afternoon. It is blowing black smoke but not like oil. I was gonna try and check the codes but haven't had time to figure out how or where to do it yet. The O2 sensors did seem to help A little, I could test drive it a little today and not choke to death on the fumes As for thinking it has a cam it Lobes and hops like it has a nice sized cam in it, but I haven't taken it apart to see the person I got it from had NO information about it at all so I am kinda goin into this thing blind
