okay guys, did the carb swap, now what wire is for the fact. tach so i can hook it back up, it worked perfect so i wanna re-wire it back up. just need the wire to get to the coil.

the one that went to the neg side of the coil originally grey/yellow tracer maybe??? but if your using msd ignition, you'll also need a tach adapter for stock tach use

After converting to carb I never could get my stock tach to work again using the green/yellow wire. I even traced wire to back of guage to make sure it was the right one.

I just ended up installing a aftermarket Tach

what you mean that yellow green wire didnt work?
did you put it to the neg side of the coil?

No It didnt work. And yes it was put to neg side of coil. Maybe Im missing a ground somewhere.

did you get your temp sender and oil sender wiring to work with the stock guages?

i got aftermarket temp/oil/volt gauges, i just wanted to get the stock tack to work.
