Default Engine Swap Help

hello, I'm new here and I was wondering if someone could answer my question. I have a 88GT with edelbrock upper and lower, cold air intake use to be speed density and has been converted to maf calibrated for 24# inj. my motor is tired and is blowing smoke and oil through the pcv port located on the back of the intake. I got a 95 5.0 motor can I use this motor with just swapping out the upper and lower intake? Thanks for the help
