Default guys..i need some help :(

I bought a built transmission for my 95 gt(aode) and i got it all installed and it was throwin fluid out of the rear seal. The driveshaft is too small! Ended up they put a 4r70w out of a 98 style stang? on my aode trans. The trans is still in the car so i cant really switch tailshafts. Could i buy a driveshaft from a 98 mustang and bolt it right up? The aode rear seal is smaller than the 4r70w seal which is why it was slinging fluid out. There is no seal. This is a daily driver car and im pretty much screwed until i fix it.

Thanks in advance,
Mike
