i wouldnt go with the spyder with your combo, unless you are going to boost it, ive got a spyder on a 347 11.25:1 comp, and it really starts pulling at like 3800-4000

i plan on putting some kind of forced induction on it, these things for me just take time. Im leaning more towards vortech than anything else. but prochargers seem to be the real deal when it comes to super chargers. the guy i bought this motor off of had his d1 bolted up i should of bought it as well for another 2000 dollars but instead i was.. well stupid and didnt get it. lol

i know of the rpm performer intake but ive never really heard anything good nor bad about it. I have heard more than a few good things about the typhoon intake which is the same thing just half the price (knock off maybe?). whats yous guys imputs on that?

i had the rpm 2 intake, good intake, i did not have a chance to test it against other intakes or take it to the track. the holly or rpm2 would be my choice...or the vic jr efi, which i have now for the current combo.
