whats the difference between the 94-95 mustang GTS and the GT. I am having problems trying to find the difference and I found out my stang is a 95 GTS. any info would be great thanks everyone

 

A GTS Mustang is identical to the regular GT Mustang. However, it has some cosmetic differences(the motor, susp, drive train, etc. is the same). The GTS makes do without a spoiler, fog lights and uses the GT's base 16 inch rims. Interior wise they have standard V6 bucket seats, a non leather wrapped steering wheel(a leather wrap is standard however on the automatic tranny lever), manual windows and locks(although they could be optioned with power). When all is said and done, a GTS shaves about 100lbs from the GT. The GTS was meant to ressurect the LX foxbody status as a stripped down mustang.

and there was not near as many GTS made as GTs My son has a GTS but his is a auto one just over 100k and got it from the original owner guy told us the back seat had never been set in till we got it and had to take the trim panels off to paint the roof. car still needs paint work all over but is a super clean straight car and the price was right $1200 LOL deal. the car had been painted from Ford 5 times and the paint has gone bad on it. But he likes it and its his first car and it sure beats him wanting some rice car. I raised him right.....

 

they only made like 1,400 of GTS's with aode's... pretty rare

but being its stripped down...i would rather a gt, but hey good price... i payed the same for my gt
