most people will recommend that if you run solid motor mounts to run a poly tranny mount. these foxes flex quite a bit and when it does, if the motor and tranny mount wont give, usually the bellhousing does

Well i went from the stocks to a energy susp set of poly's. I noticed an increase in vibration & noise, but in general the car feels much better...That being said if I had to do again, I would go the poly route again. The solids would probably drive me crazy, however if it were just a strip/race car I would go solid...
