Default 351W Cylinder Heads on a 302 (5.0L)

I'm seeking some assistance in my latest project car. I have a 5.0 Liter EFI motor that came from a 1987 Ford LTD Country Squire with an AOD transmission. I also have a sent of 1970 351W cylinder heads that have DooE or D00E (not sure if it's an o or a 0) printed on them. The 351W heads are already fixed up with roller rocker arms, screw-in studs, guide plates, etc... So my thinking was to use the 351W heads on the 302.

Questions are: I know I need some kind of special heads bolts to accomplish this; does anyone have a Summit Racing or Jegs P/N? Also, do I need special head gaskets? Any and all information is greatly appreciated.

P.S. The motor and tranny will eventually end up in a 1965 Mustang.

Thank you, Gary (Liberty, MO)

One question, which I'm sure will sound funny (due to my inexperience) I'm assuming I'll need a 351W intake (Edelbrock Performer) not a 302 type, if I use the 351W heads, right?

Nope, 302 intake. If it's going on a 302

jegs #ARP 070-154-3605 , FRPP 397-M-6065-D289, stainless 070-454-3705

Head gaskets are the same.

I believe you will need a set of head bolt inserts, as the 351W heads are drilled for 1/2" headbolts. The inserts allow the use of the 302s factory 7/16" headbolts. You can get them at Summit or Jegs. I believe ARP makes aftermarket 7/16" bolts with 1/2" "shoulders", that can also be used?.
