I had a 750 Edelbrock double pumper on my 73 Mach 1. Wasn't disappointed.

Another vote for the 670 avenger. Get a secondary spring kit too. It would run good on the RPM.

That and Edelbrock doesn't make a double pumper.

for a 302 a 600 is a good size. I love my eddy I have and they are easy to tune. They are great for a DD because they do not have to be screwed with all the time like holleys do. Holley's are great for the strip but I will take a eddy on the street any day.

its funny everyone always says that you have to keep adjusting the holley's, i had mine tuned once and never had to touch it in the 2 1/2 years my car was on the road. even in the winter i didnt have to adjust it for the cold weather which would be down in the single digets some mornings. it always started right away too, two pumps and turn the key it would start faster than any efi car i was ever in.
